The Center for Substance Use, Addiction & Health Research (CESAR) at the University of Maryland is dedicated to addressing the problems substance abuse creates for individuals, families, and communities.

CESAR is staffed by a diverse team of professionals dedicated to high quality research and project development, including Affiliates from several UMD Departments.
